I have known it all along, but now it’s official! My beautiful Sedona has been named one of the most 25 Beautiful Cities in the World by Travel & Leisure.
What makes a city beautiful? I think that the answer is different for everyone and although beauty is in the eye of the beholder, it’s impossible to imagine that any beholder wouldn’t appreciate the beauty of Sedona.
Sedona is the place to be if you seek rest, peace, and spiritual enlightenment. Our spectacular red-rock landscape with its picturesque buttes and canyons breathes relaxation into a weary soul—or an adventurous one! With its myriad hiking trails, it’s an adventurer’s paradise. I relish the freedom to walk out in nature at any time, hiking or biking on endless trails with skies so blue and clouds so white it looks like a photograph. The magical crimson Red Rocks are always changing depending on the time of day. Pure magic!
Looking for healing? Experience Sedona’s famous healing energy and consider a tarot reading, or unwind during a chakra-balancing, aura-cleansing spa session. Cruise Oak Creek Canyon Scenic Drive but prepare to stop regularly to enjoy the postcard views around every turn. Sedona offers the freedom to become a new and better you as reinventing yourself seems to be a common activity among new residents.
Enjoy Sedona’s unique shopping experience as you browse for crystals,
extraordinary art, and one-of-a-kind jewelry. And Sedona saves the best for last: epic stargazing under clear desert skies.
Sometimes I just can’t believe that I live in this magical, beautiful place among the
finest people on the planet. If you’re interested in learning more about my favorite
restaurants, wineries, and more, check out my recent blog that showcases a few of
My Favorite Things. Hopefully, they can become your favorite things, too.
